January - December: Daily at 9:00am and 2:00pm

Hotel Pickup:

• Free pick up from hotels, private residence, restaurants or shopping districts within Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey. Guests staying outside the pick up area are asked to meet in Los Angeles.  We will adivse of the nearest pick up location to your place of stay.

Children, Pets and Handicap Accommodations:

• For infants under the age of 6 years old or less than 60 pounds must remain in a child seat. We strongly recommend you to bring your own child safety devices. Most folding devices and wheelchair can be placed in our large trunk. Small to medium dogs are also allowed.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for 100% for No Shows. Sould the tour be cancelled by the Tour Operator, the full ticket price will be refunded. 

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
